Police say the driver of a black Saab lost control on the northbound ramp of I-95 coming from Route 202 when the car overturned and came to a stop on its side, trapping the driver and a female passenger.
Crews had to peel back the roof to get them out.
Both were rushed to Christiana Hospital with what police believe are non-life threatening injuries.
Police had to shut down the ramp for a period of time.
