The Union Fire Company signed a new agreement on Friday, that includes new leadership.
Township officials say they had shut down Union Fire Company because former leaders failed to follow administrative and operational directions.
The agreement also states that Union Fire Company must return nearly $1 million that was spent on a fire and rescue boat.
The company had been closed since July.
