2 arrested after heroin, marijuana found in car

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - September 25, 2012

Police executed a search warrant on the home Thursday after a two-month investigation. Officers say they observed a drug transaction take place and saw drugs taken from a parked car.

Police searched the car and say they found more than 600 plastics bags of heroin packaged for sale. Officers say they also found marijuana.

Eighteen-year-old Brian Selby is charged with conspiracy and other offenses. He is being held on $70,500 cash bail.

A 17-year-old male was also arrested.
