It happened just after 6:00 p.m. in Martin Luther King Park in the 300 block of Brunswick Avenue.
Police say a man was shot in the chest and a woman was shot in the buttocks.
The man was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
The woman was taken to the same hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
