NORTH PHILADELPHIA - September 20, 2012 --
Police are looking for answers on how a man was shot in the groin in North Philadelphia early Thursday morning. The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of North 12th and West Cumberland Street.
Police say a man in his 20s was shot in the groin area and taken to Temple University Hospital.
He is listed in critical condition.
The motive behind the shooting is under investigation.
There have been no arrests.
