Officials say 26-year-old Stephen Sanchez who teaches chemistry in the Antietam School District has been suspended without pay.
Police say he kissed a 16-year-old student and exposed himself to her over a video chat.
Sanchez who is out on bail, is the third teacher in Berks County in the last week, under suspicion of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
