It happened Friday afternoon along I-95 Northbound at Stewart Avenue.
One injury was reported but the victim's condition has not been released.
Initial reports indicate that two lanes of the highway are blocked on the northbound side and the southbound side is also jammed.
No word on the cause of the crash.
State Police say the accident scene was cleared but motorists can expect traffic delays in the area.
