It happened at 5:30 a.m. Thursday on northbound Route 130 near Commerce Highway.
Police say three vehicles collided. One overturned, another landed on its side.
Two people were taken to area hospitals. There has been no word on the extent of their injuries.
Northbound traffic was detoured for more than an hour as crews worked to clear the scene.
