Officers are looking for 39-year-old Theodore Baumgardner.
Police began their investigation on the 1800 block of Howland Street Friday night.
The 36-year old victim told officers she was leaving for work when Baumgardner got in her car and threatened to kill her.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen Baumgardner to call 302-576-3990.
