The accident happened shortly before 4:00 p.m. at Penn Green and Laurel Heights roads in New Garden Township.
Township police say wet roads caused a truck to drive through a stop sign and hit the bus.
According to police, 10 middle school students and two adults were transported to area hospitals for minor injuries.
All of the injured were treated and released by Tuesday night.
