An attorney for 27-year-old Ian Koval didn't immediately return a call for comment Tuesday, when he and Woodrow Engle, also 27, were scheduled for a preliminary hearing on the charges. Court records don't list an attorney for Engle.
State police say the men burglarized the Somerset Church of the Brethren on Thursday and stole a church debit card they used to withdraw $904 from an automatic teller machine.
Police say they identified the men from surveillance video at the machine - and by tracing the name on the credit card they dropped.
