Man wants action for animals in apartment

PHILADELPHIA - October 5, 2012

George Hollis says he has snapped cell phone photos of animal skeletons in the attic of the Bentley Square Condos in Mayfair.

This morning he and his girlfriend, Kathleen McGonigle, went on their balcony to investigate a suspicious noise.

That's when, he said, a raccoon fell out of a crawl space and right onto their deck.

"The whole thing just collapsed down and you could see the foot and tail of the raccoon," said McGonigle.

"It was probably this big," Hollis said, holding out his hands. "So it's pretty frightening."

Hollis has started a petition to force condo managers to make repair the holes in the attic.

A spokesperson for Bentley Square was not available for comment.
