25-year-old Richard Mueller of the 100 block of Whitburn Place in the community of Glasgow Pines has been charged with Burglary in the Second Degree, Theft, Resisting Arrest, and related offenses.
Mueller was arraigned and committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institute in lieu of $131,150.
He was also issued a no contact order with the victims.
