Odell Balmer 33, of the 800 block of Wynnewood Road and Ricky Ricks, 39, of the 1500 block of N. 54th Street were arrested on Saturday.
Both men have been charged with murder.
The shooting occurred just before 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of North 54th Street.
Officials say a 36-year-old man was shot once in the head and pronounced dead in an alley.
Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument.
