$10K reward for Sugar House stickup suspects

PHILADELPHIA - October 20, 2012

One of the persons of interest, believed to be the spotter, is seen on surveillance video watching winners and then using his cell phone to give descriptions to his two cohorts waiting outside in a car, who then follows the victims home.

There have been ten victims robbed of more than $44,000.

One woman was attacked and tased in front of her own home after winning $16,000.

The woman tells Action News, "He watched me a long time. I told my girlfriend this guy keeps watching us. We got a lot of money."

All but one of the victims are Asian. All but one of them were targeted outside their homes in Philadelphia - the other victim lived in Montgomery County.

The Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Make that anonymous call to the hotline at 215-546-TIPS.
