SPCA officers rescued several neglected horses from a farm in Camden, Delaware Tuesday.

The animals were malnourished.

Authorities say each of them was at least 150 pounds underweight.

The owner was ordered back in July to provide vet and dental care for the horses.

That owner is now facing numerous animal cruelty charges.

The horses are being cared for at the Kent County SPCA.
