The crash happened around 7:00 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Continental Drive in Christiana.
Police say a car collided with a van resulting in the van overturning on its roof, injuring the driver and the passenger.
The 53-year-old driver of the van was taken to Christiana Hospital suffering from what appeared to be minor injuries. The 37-year-old passenger was treated and released.
Police say the driver of the car, 53-year-old Nidia Gomez, was cited for failure to yield.
