Alcohol focus of Penn State cheerleader's fall

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - November 6, 2012

Nineteen-year-old Paige Raque, of Louisville, has been released from intensive care but is still being treated at Altoona Regional Health System in Pennsylvania.

Raque broke her pelvis and suffered brain trauma in the Oct. 13 fall during a party, and WJAC-TV in Johnstown reports a State College police search warrant shows investigators want to know her blood-alcohol content based on hospital tests that night.

The station says the warrant also shows that police have interviews and other evidence that alcohol was being served to minors at the party, and that police are attempting to determine who was responsible.
