Firefighters battle house blaze in South Jersey

Fire crews were called to a 2-alarm house fire in Collingswood, New Jersey.

The fire broke out around 3:15 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Harrison Avenue

Officials say crews arrived to the house where heavy fire was showing throughout the structure.

The home had to be evacuated and firefighters were able to place the blaze under control just after 4:00 a.m.

Everyone made it out safely and no injuries were reported.

According to the Collingswood Police Department, the house did sustain damage and residents were not allowed back inside.

No word what sparked the blaze.
