Jacob Norman, 24, was arrested on Saturday evening at the London Court Condos.
It was at 8:17 p.m. when police were called for a report of a burglary in progress.
Officers arrived and found Norman inside a home and took him into custody.
A short time later, another burglary was reported at the complex. Police say Norman was found to be in possession of items from that burglary as well.
Norman has been charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft and receiving stolen property. Norman was held on $35,000 cash bail.
