Police say 31-year-old Louis Rittenhouse is the man seen in surveillance video robbing the Exxon gas station in the 800 block of South College Avenue back in September.
Police say Rittenhouse robbed the same business in October.
He was arrested in 2007 for robbing the same place.
Police say they have also linked Rittenhouse and another man to a home invasion more than a week ago.
