The crash happened shortly before 9:00 a.m. in 200 block of Carter Road in Hopewell, New Jersey.
The school was flipped over onto its side after the crash.
Police say three other cars were involved.
A four-year-old is among the five people who were injured in the crash.
Medics say none of the injuries are life-threatening.
