The owner of an Atlantic City strip club is suing after the company that runs New Jersey toll road rest stops removed his business' brochures.

Anthony Ariemma says taking out the brochures, which feature a picture of only a woman's face and lips, violates the First Amendment.

The brochures, which advertise "beautiful naked girls" and "all nude couch dances" at his Bare Exposure business, had been displayed at Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway rest stops dominated by fliers or attractions such as museums and amusement parks.

The suit was filed Dec. 28 against rest stop operator HMS Host and the authorities that own the Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway.

It was first reported by The Philadelphia Daily News.
