ABC-TV, 6ABC, its licensee American Broadcasting Companies, Inc, Disney ABC Domestic Television and Cooper University Hospital. (Hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor").
II. ELIGIBILITY
Only open to legal residents of PA, NJ and DE who are at least 18 years of age and have Internet access as of January 22, 2013.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for WPVI-TV, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc, Disney ABC Domestic Television, and Cooper University Hospital or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Between January 22nd 2013 and February 4th 2013, WPVI-TV will encourage viewers to visit www.6abc.com to enter 6ABC's Live with Kelly & Michael's Magical Memories Sweepstakes. Entrants register for the sweepstakes by submitting the online registration form including name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, birth date and gender.
Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
One entry per e-mail address per day.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
All entries must be received by WPVI-TV by 11:59 PM, EST, Monday, February 4, 2013. Winner will be selected in a random drawing. The random drawing will be held on or about Monday Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from all eligible entries received by WPVI-TV. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules & to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final & binding in all respects.
WPVI-TV will attempt to notify the winner by telephone and/or e-mail the same day of the drawing. If WPVI-TV is unable to notify the winner by telephone or if the email is returned undeliverable within 48 hours from the drawing, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Notification calls and/or emails will be made during normal business hours at the daytime phone number given at time of entry.
Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification within 72 hours using the provided overnight delivery service envelope paid for by WPVI-TV by the date printed on the prize notification. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting.
If guest(s) is/are a minor, he/she may only accompany his/her/their parent/legal guardian (i.e., the winner).
In the event winner is deemed ineligible, does not timely respond to winner notification, fails to comply with sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner may be selected at random, time permitting.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
V. PRIZE(S)
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four to see Live with Kelly & Michael from Walt Disney World. The trip will include roundtrip coach airfare for the winner and three (3) guests, a family of four suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, four (4) VIP tickets to see LIVE with Kelly & Michael on either Monday, February 18th or Tuesday, February 19th (taping time, talent & production schedule are subject to change), (4) Four 5-day Magic Your Way with Park Hopper® option passes, and a $500 food/beverage credit to be used during your stay.
Please note the following: The prize winner's vacation must be taken between February 16, 2013 & February 20, 2013 and is for the winner and three (3) guests of their choosing. The winning family must all depart from & return to the same city as Disney ABC Domestic Television cannot alter or extend neither travel dates nor the number of guests permitted to travel with the winner. The winner should also know that the vacation & its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above or refunded and is not redeemable for cash.
The total value of the grand prize package is approximately $5,284.52
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.
Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of show or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of prize.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Judges and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall be released and discharged from any & all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, actions and/or causes of action that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize: (a) winner may be required to provide proof of age, identity and residency; (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification; and (c) winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS' LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
