Mashed Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
(de-stemmed and broken down into florets)
Ground black pepper
1 tbsp grassfed Irish gold butter
Directions
Place cauliflower in a steamer and steam for 20-30 minutes. Remove and place in a food processor with pepper and butter. Blend until mashed potato consistency is reached.
Yields 4 servings.
Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado pitted
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave nectar
4 oz of vanilla coconut yogurt
1 cup of almond flour
3 -4 medjool dates
1 tsp veggie butter
Directions
In a food processor combine medjool dates, almond flour and veggie butter. Process until a crumble texture is reached. Place in equal portions in ramekins. Next place the rest of the ingredients in the processor and blend until smooth. Pour equal portions into the ramekins and serve.
