It happened around 7:00 Saturday night.
A number of people were onboard and another train was being dispatched.
Officials with the Delaware River Port Authority say two passengers became impatient, exited the train and began walking on the tracks.
No one was injured but police arrested both passengers for trespassing and related charges.
