Teen robbed of wallet, iPhone in Tioga

TIOGA - March 26, 2013

The incident took place on March 23rd at 3:00 p.m., while the victim was waiting for the route 60 SEPTA bus on the 1400 block of West Allegheny Avenue.

Police say an unknown male approached the teen from behind, put his arm around his neck and began to choke him.

After a short struggle the victim became unconscious.

After the teen regained consciousness, he realized his iPhone 4 and wallet containing identification and money was missing.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 23 years old, with a thin build, and close cut hair. He was wearing a dark colored zip-up jacket with hood, black pants, white sneakers and a red/orange camouflage backpack.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 23 years old, with a thin build, and beard. He was wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt with red and white writing, khaki camouflage style pants and gray sneakers.
