The video shows one of the suspects, who police believe is known as "Soldier," drop his cell phone outside the establishment.
It happened early Wednesday morning in the 500 block of Lindley Avenue.
Minutes later, that man and the victim got into an argument over a gun.
A second suspect pulled out a different gun and shot the 34-year-old victim several times.
The victim is expected to survive.
