It happened around 3:30 Saturday morning along Old York Road near Elkins Avenue in Cheltenham Township.
Investigators say the driver lost control before crashing. The impact ejected a female passenger from the car.
The male driver had to be extricated by firefighters.
Both victims were taken to Abington Memorial Hospital for treatment. No word on their conditions.
The crash remains under investigation.
