It happened around 3:40 Sunday afternoon along Route 202 near County Line Road.
Authorities arrived to find multiple people trapped inside one of the vehicles.
Rescue crews were able to free all the victims.
Three people were flown to area hospitals and another was taken via ambulance.
The conditions of the victims have not been released.
No word what sparked the crash.
