Police were sent out to Torresdale Appliance in the 4500 block of Torresdale Avenue around 5:00 a.m. Sunday after a woman called 911 for help.
She told authorities she was being attacked inside the store.
The SWAT team forced its way in and took the store owner into custody.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she was treated and examined.
No further information has been released.
