Investigators have released surveillance video from Saturday night.
Police say the gunmen confronted a man in the 1200 block of 15th street.
The surveillance shows them firing shots at the 24-year-old victim.
The suspects are believed to be between 17 and 20 years old.
The victim suffered two gunshot wounds below the waist.
