WATERFORD, N.J. - June 15, 2013 --
A man was found dead underneath an overturned kayak in an apparent drowning in Burlington County.The discovery was made around 12:30 Saturday afternoon.
61-year-old Richard Minteer was with his son in Wharton State Forest at the time.
Minteer was reported missing and later found dead.
New Jersey State Police continue to investigate.
