Surveillance cameras captured the shooting on March 19th.
The suspect, Brandon Cavanaugh, allegedly opened fire on a Chinese store in the 6600 block of North 18th Street.
The victims struggled to hold the door closed as Cavanaugh fired several shots.
Police say the video, as well as several phone tips, helped them make an arrest.
All three victims in the shooting suffered non-life threatening injuries.
