Jennifer Garcia, 34, of the 6600 block of Lincoln Drive, was arrested after the crash late Tuesday night in the 700 block West Mount Airy Avenue.
Police say Garcia was able to climb out of the vehicle on her own.
She suffered only minor injuries.
Garcia was found at the scene sitting alongside the pool, police said, with her SUV underwater.
Investigators said at the time she appeared to be intoxicated.
