2 sought in violent North Philadelphia home invasion

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - June 27, 2013

Surveillance video released Thursday shows the suspects approaching the victim's home, located on the 2300 block of North 13th Street, on June 10th.

They allegedly forced their way in and hit the victim with a gun. Police say the suspects then flipped his wheelchair over.

The two thieves got $30 from the victim.

Shortly getting the money, the suspects heard a knock on the door and fled the home through a bedroom window.

Police describe suspect #1 as a black male, 25-30 years-of-age, 6'0, thin build with a Sunni beard, wearing a dark colored t-shirt, dark colored pants and shoes.

Police describe suspect #2 as a black male, 25-30 years-of-age, 5'6", thin build with a Sunni beard, wearing a dark colored Polo jacket, dark colored blue jeans, light colored sneakers and armed with a silver handgun with a black handle.
