Witnesses say 31-year-old Megan Armstead was parking her car when it jumped the curb and smashed 4 feet into the Tasti Thai restaurant at 11:37 a.m.
The impact shattered a glass wall and caused some interior damage.
Armstead was treated for minor injuries at Christiana Hospital and cited for distracted driving.
No one inside the restaurant was hurt.
