The accident happened around 10:30 a.m. at the entrance to the Logan Square Shopping Center on Route 202 (Lower York Road).
According to police, the SUV was travelling south on Route 202 when it collided with the northbound motorcycle.
The motorcycle operator was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two people inside the SUV were uninjured.
