Berks County police investigate vandalism spree

Police in Berks County have increased patrols in response to a vandalism spree.

Police say mailboxes, trash cans and bottle rockets have been set on fire in Amity Township.

Police are also investigating reports of racist and derogatory symbols spray painted on cars and houses.

They believe the vandalism spree has been going on for more than a month.

There have been no reports of violent incidents so far.

The incidents remain under investigation.
