NORTH PHILADELPHIA - July 18, 2013 --
Three men were shot in a drive-by shooting on Thursday in North Philadelphia. The shooting happened around 12:30 p.m. at Front Street and Allegheny Avenue.
Police say a tan Chevy Trailblazer was going north on Front Street when a dark-colored sedan pulled alongside.
Someone inside the sedan opened fire, possibly with a high-powered weapon.
The car then sped off.
Police believe the men in the Trailblazer were targeted.
