Save on 76ers, Flyers and Phillies items

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - June 25, 2013

That's just a small sampling of the Philadelphia sports teams' merchandise that will be on sale this Saturday at the Wells Fargo Center.

From 10:00 a.m.until 4:00 p.m., on June 7, 2103, the floor of the Center will become a Philly sports fan's shopping paradise, as Aramark clears out Phillies, Sixers, Flyers and Wings merchandise to make room for incoming inventory.

Bob Barr, General Manager for Aramark at the Wells Fargo Center, explains, "We have four big teams. We have a lot of merchandise, from hats, t-shirts, jerseys, that is discounted anywhere from 30% all the way up to 90% off."

And we're not just talking traded-players items that noone wants anymore.

Barr says, "We have a lot of different items. We do have some players that are current, some that are former players, but the bulk of our inventory is with items that are still relevant today."

The only items that won't have bargain-basement prices will be the authentic jerseys of the three newest Flyers, Emery, LeCavalier and Streit, which are going on sale for the very first time.

Though they'll be full-price, there's still a deal to be had, as Barr explains, "If you purchase one of the new player jerseys at regular price, you'll get a gift certificate for $20 off anything Flyers or Sixers-related merchandise at the blow-out sale.
