LAUREL, Del. - August 5, 2013

The 20-year-old victim tells police she was walking eastbound on Whitesville Road just east of Old Stage Road around 3:00 p.m. Sunday when a white 4-door sedan pulled up in front of her and the driver exited the vehicle.
