It&#39;s the annual Diner En Blanc, a global phenomenon that started 25 years ago in France. The event is a celebration of elegance and glamour of old court society, with the location a well-kept secret until the last second. This is only the second time Diner En Blanc has been held in Philadelphia and they already doubled last year&#39;s number to 2,600 diners.</span></div>
