37-year-old Dennis Woods was taken into custody over the weekend.
Police found him at the Aruba Motel on the 2000 block of Surf Avenue. Woods was arrested without incident.
Officials will have him extradited to Philadelphia to face burglary charges.
Authorities believe that Woods and four accomplices have stolen thousands of dollars since May.
