Surveillance footage shows a masked man in a gray hooded sweatshirt and gloves throwing two large pieces of concrete through the front windows of the OCF Coffee House at 20th and Federal streets.
Police say nothing appears to have been stolen but the damaged windows will cost $2,000 to repair.
