It happened before 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the AT&T Wireless store at 1330 Fairview Boulevard.
Investigators say the masked gunmen forced employees to a back room and ordered them to lay on the ground.
None of them was hurt.
Police describe the suspects as black males who were wearing black ski masks.
One was of slender build wearing a clear poncho and dark-colored clothing. The other was wearing an orange hoodie with white writing on the front.
