Fire breaks out on same block as deadly Fabric Row blaze

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - August 29, 2013

The fire broke out around 3:15 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of South 4th Street.

When they arrived they found heavy fire coming from a building.

The building has a fabric store on the street level and apartments on top floors.

The fire was declared under control at 3:53pm.

There is no word on injuries.

This fire is on the same block as the Fabric Row blaze that killed 53-year-old Captain Michael Goodwin back in April.
