Fire crews were dispatched at 10:07 a.m. Friday to the intersection of East Cambria and Rosehill Streets.
The flames were quickly brought under control.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital. Her identity has not yet been released.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
