Gunfire erupted around 12:30 a.m. at 17th Street and West Godfrey Avenue.
The victim was hit in the chest, stomach and arm and then ran several blocks and into a house on the 1500 block of West Sparks Street.
Emergency crews responded and he was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.
Police are investigating and checking out a car that was hit by stray bullets at the intersection.
So far, there is no word on any suspects.
