She's put up a sign in her front yard that reads:"Hibiscus, Not Pot."
Kim Miller says she hopes her sign will end the rumors about what's growing in front of her house.
She tells a local television station that it's hurtful that some people might think she's growing marijuana.
She says her flowering hibiscus plant has sentimental value since it was gift from a former neighbor.
The "not pot" sign was the suggestion of an officer, after police were sent to investigate.
